Every time we focus on something - we are calling it towards us. With our thoughts and beliefs we invite people, situations, experiences and material things into our life. Our conscious mind and the universal mind work similar to computers. You cannot tell a computer not to bring up a certain file if you have clicked on it. Thus, if we concentrate our energy on something, we make that something alive.
Unlike our conscious mind, our unconscious cannot discriminate between a negative instruction and a positive one.
If we fear something, we invite it into our life because we think about it, focusing our energy on it. We send the low frequency vibrations into the universe and receive what we call for. If, for example, you care and worry too much about the savings in your pension fund, fearing about their safety, be sure you will not receive them in full. Part of them will be lost for you.
If your parents got divorced when you were a child and you gave yourself a promise you will never get divorced and you will be better than your parent who, you condemned for leaving the family, have no doubt you will be divorced and placed in the shoes of the parent you used to condemn and resent. The universal mind brings into life our deepest fears so we have no choice but to face them, overcome and open that drawer that we feared to open. That is the path to spiritual growth and development.
Some people invite illness in their lives because they fear it. Our unconscious unable to focus on word “not”, and for this reason words “don’t”, “won’t”, “can’t”, it reads as exactly the opposite: “do”, “will” and “can”, absorbing the statement and meaning without the word “not”. For example, if we are thinking “I don’t want to be ill”, our unconscious mind absorbs it as : “I do want to be ill” and implements it, by programming our body “to get ill”.
Our fear “I don’t want to get old” in our unconscious mind signals as “I do want to get old” and the unconscious mind programs the body to age prematurely. The inability of our unconscious mind to absorb the negatives is well known and used in hypnoses therapy.
What we fear we invite into our life
Applying the law to your advantage
If instead we think “I am healthy”, the unconscious absorbs the message and the mind commands the body to heal itself.
Where mind goes, energy flows manifesting it.
The Law of Resistance invokes when we think “I won’t ever find a perfect partner” resists the perfect partner; ‘I don’t want to be poor’ brings poverty; ‘I won’t ever be like my father’ ensures that you will be exactly like him. On the other hand, the positive statements such as ‘I deserve a perfect partner’, ‘I welcome abundance’ ‘I live in a beautiful home’ sends positive energy with higher vibrations into the universe bringing that positive energy towards you.
The Law of Resistance implies to not concentrate on your fear or resist failure, ageing, illnesses or poverty. Instead, you concentrate on attracting the positive: success, wealth and abundance. Remember, where mind goes – energy flows, materialising it.
12. The Law of Resistance
13. The Law of Reflection
The mirror of the universe is so honest and accurate that your deepest secrets and reflections show up in the people you are with. Every single person and situation in your life is a mirror of an aspect of yourself, good or bad, positive or negative. Life constantly sends us situations that reflect our past deeds, so that we can fully experience the whole effect of our actions on other live beings. These are necessary lessons for us to understand the nature of duality of this world.
When life presents us with someone or something, this is usually a reflection of some part of us. The Law of Reflection reminds us to look in the mirror and if we do not like what we see, we must change ourselves.
Like attracts the like
We attract people in our life that resonate with our vibrations. If the universe really wants to draw your attention to something, it will give you mirrors to look into at once. Whatever comes into your life: people, situations - look into the mirror and see what it has to teach you. Once we understand the Law of Reflection, we can expand our spiritual growth by looking at what life has brought to us and is trying to tell.
All aspects of ourselves are reflected back to us. All that we perceive outside self is a mirror of something within. We simply cannot attract into our life and be with people during the prolonged period of time if they do not possess the qualities of our character, similar life experiences or having vibes too different from ours.
